Recently started a new job working full time (always worked Agency – AdHoc). Am doing 3-4 days a week leaving the rest of my week to concentrate on ME. With that, am embarking on Loosing Weight and getting to know myself at 48yrs young. This is my journal to myself
I will not be following any diet, just understanding myself and my choices and how they affect me including the reasons why. Am 5’8 and currently 14st 8lbs. My goal is to loose 30lbs with no timeline in mind. I don’t do well under pressure.
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and through injury, I have mild arthritis on one of my knees. I have never been a gym person (but have an active gym membership that I pay every month).
Am being very intentional with making sure I hit the 50yr mark strong, in control on my Mental and Physical health and at peace with ME!
